I was first introduced to the commercial real estate business by a gentleman named Phil Joseph, site selection specialist & VP of franchise development for Perkins Family Restaurant back in the mid-80s. As the Franchise Regional Manager over the Northeastern USA, Phil and I travelled the market assisting franchisees with their site selections, insuring the new locations met corporate specs as well as franchisee success. Over the next 7 years, we approved & opened 9 locations!
After 27+ years of great achievement and fulfilling all of my career goals in the restaurant industry, I decided to embark on a new journey. I began my foray into real estate! In 1997, I started as a Mortgage and Real Estate Broker for Re/Max Real Estate Company.
I specialize in the sale and disposition of gas stations & c-stores facilitating Circle K in the purchase and sale of many stores here in the Memphis market and surrounding areas. To date, my greatest achievement has been working with a local group to buy 42 stores from an Exxon franchisee. That project included lease analysis, fuel supply agreements, and disposition of some duplicate stores in the market.

Ginny Shea Dunn
Ginny comes to Sperry with Economic Development experience with the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce. She has helped companies like Stonebridge Golf Course through ownership transitions as well as renovations with companies like Gateway Tire. Ginny was also instrumental in bringing Sprouts, The Lake District, Orange Theory Fitness, and locally owned retail into Lakeland, TN.
Moin Kazi, Senior Agent
Moin Kazi is an aspiring commercial realtor in Jonesboro, Arkansas and Memphis TN. He has been involved in business and Real Estate his whole life. His family are hotel developers from the 1980s, they develop multi-million dollar properties. His family owns and operates hotels throughout Arkansas. Since he was 8 years old his father made a point to take him and his brother to meetings and construction sites to understand and learn about contracts and negotiations strategies. His father also made a point for him to work with all the different trade companies while he was growing up so he would understand the reality of what it takes to buy, build and operate a company. Moin is also a businessman, he owns an electrical company and is a State Licensed Electrical Contractor. He has been involved with multiple businesses as owner and partner that has made him to be the driven person he is today.
Quintavius Burdette Graduated from Ole Miss with his bachelors and masters in Accounting. While in college, Quintavius played football and ran track for the university! After college Quintavius went on to compete for a job in the NFL. Quintavius then turned to accounting and started working with KPMG in Atlanta as a tax accountant. Quintavius is now back here working in real estate! He recently joined the firm.
